  • Absolutely no consumption of alcohol and coffee 24hrs prior to your appointment.
  • Please discontinue the use of products such as Retinoids, Glycolic Acid, AHA’s, Vitamin C, and other medicated creams such as Pigmentation treatments on the tattooed area at least 2 weeks prior to your appointment.
  • Treatments such as lasers, peels, threading, waxing, injectables should take place 2 weeks prior or 2 weeks after.
  • No blood-thinning medication before your 24hrs prior to your appointment *including fish oil.

  • Who can you bring? Just yourself, please. Children are not permitted in the treatment room due to safety.

This is meant to be fun and exciting! You will have a say in your shape and colour, we will work to create the most flattering and beautiful brow, lip, freckles, or eyeliner shape for your face. Be ready to possibly fall asleep, some clients do!

What to do

  • Please hydrate with water and healthy foods for the best results.
  • We need healthy, non-irritated skin for ultimate results, that includes sunburn so remember your daily SPF.
  • Please Come in with your brows, lips, freckles, or eyeliner drawn on the way you usually would or not at all if you usually have nothing on them. It’s helpful for me to see the shape you’re comfortable with. We will measure and re-shape according to your face structure. We can work together to create a shape you love!
  • Ensure you have something to eat before your appointment, keep your body happy and healthy. (Just like a normal tattoo)
  • Lips - If you are prone to cold sores please take your usual antiviral as a preventative measure. (Lysine or Zovirax)
  • Lips - Please gently exfoliate your lips prior to your appointment and hydrate with lip balm.
  • Eyes - Please ensure you remove all lash extensions and eye makeup before your appointment.
  • Brows - Allow your brows to grow as much as possible so we can shape and style them for you.

After care

All information provided is a guide only. Failure to follow aftercare may result in loss of pigmentation, discolouration or infection.

brows aftercare

Lips aftercare

Freckle healing

Eyeliner aftercare

You will be following a ‘Dry Heal’ method which involves keeping them dry and leaving them be. Do nothing, easy and simple.

If you need to clean the skin due to a build-up of residue, do so very lightly by using only lukewarm water and a clean cotton pad to pat away debris then pat dry. If your skin is dry and flakey, after 5 days you may apply provided aftercare balm sparingly - less is more.

If you have combination or oily skin gently dab the treated area with a clean cotton pad (never wipe or rub)

Your brows may slightly change in shape and colour as they heal. If your brows don’t heal perfectly after your first appointment, we address this in your touch-up.

Each person heals differently, so in some cases, your aftercare may be customised to suit your skin. A minimum of two sessions is needed 6-12 weeks after your initial appointment to complete the process.

What To Expect

Initially, you may experience a small amount of redness, swelling and tenderness. This is normal and can typically last 24-48hrs. The area may appear dark and bold for the first few days, this will soften as you heal.
